MELISSA ANDERSON

MELISSA ANDERSON is a Certified Business & Leadership Coach and fashion industry consultant. She is the former National Sales Director at TOMS Shoes and Global Vice President at Onzie Yoga Apparel, and has contributed to other notable brands such as WGSN, BLK DNM, and True Religion Brand Jeans. Her business and coaching expertise is highlighted in various media outlets including FastCompany online, and showcases insights from her work with prominent organizations like the Grammy’s, 1Hotels and the California Market Center.

SARAH LESSEK

SVP OF MERCHANDISING, OMAZE.COM


SARAH LASSEK is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience across the apparel, lifestyle and related industries. Sarah started her career in finance and business development, building a strong foundation to then go on to lead sales and merchandising organizations for companies including BCBG Max Azria, 7 for All Mankind, True Religion Brand Jeans, TOMS and Adidas. She recently moved over to the digital space as the SVP of Merchandising for Omaze where she is building a new merchandising roadmap and long-term strategy to bring unique dream experiences to life.

COREY SEGAL

COO, VAN LEEUWEN ICE CREAM

COREY SEGAL is currently the COO of Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, a Brooklyn-based ice cream company that specializes in premium dairy and vegan ice cream.  Van Leeuwen operates 20 scoop shops in New York and Los Angeles, and sells pints in retailers nationwide. Prior to working at Van Leeuwen, Corey was head of operations innovation at Sweetgreen.  Corey started her career in financial services at Blackstone, but followed her passion and made the transition into food retail after attending Stanford Business School. Corey lives in Venice with her husband, 2-year-old son, and dog.

MANAGING DIRECTOR, ANOTHER (formerly Matte Black)



MICAH HEYKOOP is the Managing Director of Los Angeles based creative studio Another. For the past five years he has led the agency, tripling in both team size and revenue in recent years. Another focuses on strategy, design, and content creation for projects like: Helping Nike define how they tell more relevant stories for women, Making YouTube relate better to its audience, Opening W Hotels newest locations with a bang, and introducing the world to what Google is doing with augmented reality. His team has shot campaign around the world from South Korea, to Brazil, Norway, Dubai, and beyond.
