CMC / Brookfield Properties was recently honored by the Los Angeles Business Journal as “Fashion Supplier of the Year”. Held on December 12, the Fashion & Beauty Awards is an annual event recognizing “the top apparel and beauty companies that drive tremendous economic growth in our region and make Southern California a major force in the business of fashion and beauty.” Additional Winners included Fabletics, Pura Vida, Michael Stars, SITA Couture, Moss Adams, L’Agence, Drybar, Skylar, eSalon, Kosas Cosmetics, Tracy Holland, Beauty Bus Foundation, HCT Packaging Group, and Moon Juice.

CMC is a newly acquired asset for Brookfield Properties and is under the leadership of David Foley, who brings to CMC his expertise in turning around organizations through the combined approach of strengthening management talent and developing world class teams to sustain the organization’s needs well into the future. Under Foley’s stewardship, the CMC / Brookfield Properties team is reinventing the 13-story complex, relaunching it in 2021 as a modern, multifaceted destination that continues to serve as the industry’s primary center for fashion business in Los Angeles.

We are thrilled to be recognized by our fashion industry peers and the downtown business community. Thank you, Los Angeles Business Journal!
