PIE IT FORWARD 2024: TEAMMATE RECOGNITION
Nominate a fellow co-worker by sharing about their job well done or share a humbling story about them. We’ll select 20 of our fave nominations and gift each with a complimentary holiday pie.
ENTRY DETAILS
Nominees must be a fellow co-worker based at CMC. Self-nominations will be forfeited.
20 nominees will be announced via email and @cmcdtla Instagram Stories on November 22.
Nominees must pick up their choice of pie on November 25-26 in the CMC Management Office, Suite A200.
Unclaimed pies will be donated to charity.

Download and complete the following Waiver. Completing and signing the Waiver establishes that you are confirming that you have read and reviewed the Rules & Regulations.
Return it to the Building Management Office in Suite A200.

Building Access Cards will be updated 1 business day after submission.

REGISTER FOR ACCESS
Open to CMC Tenants only. You will need to have your CMC Building Access Card registered and activated for Rooftop Access.
To register, complete a Rooftop User Agreement Form and email it to cmcdtla@cbre.com or drop it off at the Building Management Office in Suite A200.
Once your Agreement Form has been submitted and approved, your existing Building Access Card will be activated for access to the Rooftop Terrace during normal operating business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Note: Hours of operation are subject to change at any time, as designated by CMC.
PRIVATE EVENT RENTAL

To register, complete a Bike Room User Agreement Form and email it to cmcdtla@cbre.com or drop it off at the Building Management Office in Suite A200.
Once your Agreement Form has been submitted and approved, your existing Building Access Card will be activated for access to the Bike Room during normal operating business hours, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–8:00pm. Note: Hours of operation are subject to change at any time, as designated by CMC.
