REGISTER FOR ACTIVATION OF YOUR ACCESS CARD

  • Read and review the Rules & Regulations.

  • Download and complete the following Waiver. Completing and signing the Waiver establishes that you are confirming that you have read and reviewed the Rules & Regulations.

  • Return it to the Building Management Office in Suite A200.

  • Or email your completed form to: cmcdtla@cbre.com

  • Building Access Cards will be updated 1 business day after submission.

REGISTER FOR ACCESS

  • Open to CMC Tenants only. You will need to have your CMC Building Access Card registered and activated for Rooftop Access.

  • To register, complete a Rooftop User Agreement Form and email it to cmcdtla@cbre.com or drop it off at the Building Management Office in Suite A200.

  • Once your Agreement Form has been submitted and approved, your existing Building Access Card will be activated for access to the Rooftop Terrace during normal operating business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Note: Hours of operation are subject to change at any time, as designated by CMC.

PRIVATE EVENT RENTAL

The Rooftop Terrace is available for private meetings and events. Contact our team at 213-630-3600 for more information.

  • Open to CMC Tenants only. You will need to have your CMC Building Access Card registered and activated for Bike Room Access.

  • To register, complete a Bike Room User Agreement Form and email it to cmcdtla@cbre.com or drop it off at the Building Management Office in Suite A200.

  • Once your Agreement Form has been submitted and approved, your existing Building Access Card will be activated for access to the Bike Room during normal operating business hours, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–8:00pm. Note: Hours of operation are subject to change at any time, as designated by CMC.
