Our current go-tos. Perfect for satisfying your cravings after a long day in the showrooms.

DUNE

Dune is an Eastern Mediterranean neighborhood favorite that's mission is to use the freshest, cleanest and most local ingredients possible. They serve house flatbread with all of their plate options, and on their breakfast menu, they serve their dishes with the famous Bub and Grandma's bread. Their 'Sabich Sandwich' is the popular menu item and you can pair any of your meals with a refreshing iced Moroccan mint tea. Try their 'Rose Water Infused Dates' for dessert!

THE STOCKING FRAME

This brick oven pizza spot was formerly the home of a textile factory dating back to the 1920s. In 2010 the Stocking Frame team transformed the space into an Italian Pizzeria and Bar. Every feature in the venue is a reflection of things the owners have experienced while traveling to other parts including Italy, Sicily, Spain, New York, Mexico and beyond. They are known for incredible by the slice pizza but they also notably perfect a classic cheeseburger. They have a great happy hour that runs from 12:00pm-6:00pm Tuesday- Friday and on Mondays from 5:00pm- close. They have a great wine selection and fun craft cocktails, one of them being named the 'Otter Pop'.  It's a must-try.

PREUX & PROPER

This New Orleans themed destination is directly across the street from the CMC. With greenery draping over the balcony and rooftop terrace, you feel the Southern culture before walking in the door.  They perfect comfort food and seafood favorites like Shrimp Po'Boys and Lowcountry Mussels. They offer house-made charcuterie and perfect their Bananas Fosters Beignets. They have happy hour 5:00pm-7:00pm daily in their first-floor barroom serving up $8 select beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Food comas are guaranteed.

SIBLING RIVAL

This Hoxton Hotel lobby level spot is a modern take on the classic diner, brought to you by the team behind New York’s beloved Sunday in Brooklyn. It’s complemented with its own coffee and soft-serve bar and an incredible dessert menu (order the pie). With easy to share dishes, it’s the perfect place to grab a quick lunch with a chic ambiance.

BROKEN MOUTH

In Hawai’i, locals use the phrase “Broke Da Mout” to describe food so good, one hardly has time to chew. The saying evolves on the journey from the Chef’s Hawaiian home to BROKEN MOUTH in Los Angeles. BROKEN MOUTH is an original Mom & Pop food concept founded by husband-and-wife team Tim and Louise Lee. The pair are brought together by their shared love for food and family. Perfecting Spam Musubi, Cucumber Kimchi & their Bread Pudding, you will leave BROKEN MOUTH with a satisfied craving.

Walkable Watering Holes

Our favorite neighborhood places to meet up with friends and wind down after a hard day’s work.

MODERN TIMES DANKNESS DOJO

In addition to hosting their R&D brewing facility, The Dankness Dojo features a full menu of boundary-pushing plant-based cuisine, over 30 taps plus guest beers & wines, merch, and a cafe offering the Full- Spectrum Modern Times Coffee Experience. They also feature wall-to-wall art installations throughout the space. Cheers!

PATTERN BAR

For the ultimate fashion experience, don’t venture any further than across the street to Pattern Bar where the drinks are named for famous designers and vintage sewing machines provide an element of décor. This is the locals’ watering hole so expect to run into familiar faces, offer to order the hummus for a table of friends, and sip on the Chanel as the weekly rotation of DJs begins the dance party.

BROKEN SHAKER

As the new kid on the block, this popular hot spot was recently voted as “One of America’s Best Cocktail Bars” by Eatery LA.
