CMC Open House: Celebrating a New CMC

UNVEILING THE NEW HOME FOR CMC FASHION SHOWROOMS

AN EVENING OF COMMUNITY, CELEBRATION & LOOKING AHEAD TOWARDS A BRIGHT FUTURE

Last year, CMC commenced its exciting $170-million redevelopment by Brookfield Properties. In January 2020, Phase 1 of the 2-Phase renovation project was complete, unveiling CMC’s new home for Fashion Showrooms located in Building C, and featuring a sleek, minimalist aesthetic, state of the art facilities, and first class amenities,

Industry guests were invited to a private Open House & Reception for an up close look at this new Building designed as an exclusive business center for the Fashion trade.

Guests were treated to private tours of the CMC’s new showrooms, incredible food, open bar, DJ, and an exciting grand prize giveaway for a one-year, free showroom.

As each guest checked in, they were asked to pull a key from a basket. At the end of the evening, guests were invited to try opening a sample showroom with their randomly-selected keys in the hope that theirs would be the one key that opens the showroom’s door.

Cristian Lee, President of Young Contemporary brand Oddi Clothing, was the evening’s lucky winner, securing a free showroom for one-year on our new Young Contemporary Floor located on 6C.

We are grateful for the amazing turnout and to all who participated in the showroom drawing.
